Floors

Old floor up, a level and quiet new one down.

  1. 01We lift the old tiles or carpet and take them away.
  2. 02We level the base so nothing creaks or rocks.
  3. 03An acoustic underlay goes down, for the neighbours below.
  4. 04We lay, trim and finish, skirting included.

Paint

Limewash that looks soft in daylight and lets the walls breathe.

  1. 01We cover the floor and furniture, then fill and sand every crack.
  2. 02One coat of mineral primer.
  3. 03Two coats of limewash, brushed by hand in soft strokes.
  4. 04We clean up the same day.

Furniture

Made to measure where it has to fit. Sourced where it doesn’t.

  1. 01Our workshop builds joinery to the centimetre: wardrobes, media walls, kitchens.
  2. 02We source loose pieces at trade prices and show you samples first.
  3. 03Everything arrives and is placed on install day.

    Free, about an hour. We measure every room, take photographs and ask how you live.

    A floor plan, a 3D model like the one above, a material board and a fixed quote.

    Build

    One project manager runs every trade. You get a photo update every Friday.

    Handover

    We clean, style and walk you through it, with a 12-month workmanship guarantee.
